 Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you decide to return it, we're here to help.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund for online shopping. You can only redeem your in-store purchases at the store. FINAL SALE ITEMS listed below are not refundable or exchangeable.


All items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and with all tags intact. Returned items that have been used, damaged, not in original condition, or not in resalable condition will not be processed. In order for your return to be processed, the item and its packaging must not have been altered in any way (ex: no tearing, no bending, no untying, and no removal of any hardware included in the original packaging).

Items without proof of purchase will not be accepted for refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Haida Beauty does not offer price adjustment for any product.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items that can be worn (wigs, ponytails, updos, clip-in hair, leg warmers, wig caps, etc.)
Jewelry
Items on sale or on promotion (ex. 2 for 1)
Unsealed Items


Cosmetics and tools (lipsticks, foundations, brushes, scissors, etc.)

Haida Beauty wants to assure its customers that the items they purchase are brand new. The above items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Online shopping
Items purchased online must be returned by courier to our service center within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt shown on the delivery service's tracking system. We will notify you through the email address associated with your account once your return has been processed.

You are responsible for shipping and handling costs on your returns unless the wrong item was sent in error. If you receive an incorrect item, you have 7 calendar days from receipt of your purchase to notify us.

For any returns, please email support@haidabeauty.ca. You will receive a response within 3 business days.

All returns of online purchases should be sent to the following address:

**Please note that accepting the return does not guarantee a refund or exchange.

Please pack your items to be returned in a well-padded box to avoid damage in transit. We advise you to choose a carrier that provides a tracking number.

Items returned outside of the return timeframe may not be approved for a refund.

No return packages will be accepted without prior confirmation that the return has been accepted. All such packages will be returned to sender.

If the item's total amount is less than $70 after refund, free shipping is no longer applicable. The customer is always responsible for handling charges.

Please note that shipping and handling costs are your responsibility. If you send us items that are not approved for refund, they will be sent back to you. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for online purchases. We only offer refunds.

Haida Beauty is unable to make adjustments for currency valuation.

Haida Beauty is not responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

In-store purchases


Within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange an unused product in its original condition upon presentation of the original receipt for an item of equal or greater value.

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY.

NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS on WEARABLE ITEMS (EX. wigs, clip-in hair extensions, ponytails, updos, wig caps, etc.), SALE ITEMS, jewelry, clothing, accessories and cosmetics.

*Exchange of an in-store purchase must be made in person at a Haida Beauty store (not accepted by mail).

Some restrictions may apply; see stores for details. Haida Beauty reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
