Shipping and Rates
All orders are sent by Chit chat.
A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched. Visit the Canada Post website to track your package.
* Working days. Some exceptions apply. For remote area, add up to 10 days.
Order processing time is usually 1-3 business days for in-stock items. However, it can take up to a week depending on the time of year. The full shipping day begins after your order has left our facilities for delivery.
The total price after taxes and shipping and handling is displayed during checkout. The total price will be invoiced in Canadian dollars.
If orders are placed separately, they are processed separately and are not combined for shipment.
If you wish to modify an order that has been submitted, please cancel and re-order before the order is fulfilled/shipped.
If any of the items in your order are out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you via the email registered to your account. You will then have three options: wait for items out of stock (backordered), modify or cancel your order. If you decide to wait for out-of-stock items, your order will be processed as soon as the items become available. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days of submitting the cancellation request.
Haida Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order/transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected.
We will not be responsible for orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. These orders will be cancelled. You will be informed by the e-mail associated with your account. A refund will be issued excluding shipping and handling charges. In this case, you will be responsible for paying shipping and handling charges.
Haida Beauty will endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible within the estimated delivery time. However, you may experience an unexpected delivery delay due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, bad weather, etc.). We are not responsible for such delays in delivery.
Shipping restrictions may apply to certain items considered potentially hazardous (eg flammable substances). If your order contains any of these items, you will be notified at checkout.
