    Online purchases

    Items purchased online must be returned by mail to our service center within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt indicated on the delivery service tracking system. We will notify you via the e-mail address associated with your account once your return has been processed.

    You are responsible for the shipping and handling of your returns, unless the wrong item was sent in error. If you receive an incorrect item, you have 7 calendar days from receipt of your purchase to notify us.

    In-store purchases


    Within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange an unused product in its original condition upon presentation of the original sales receipt for an item of equal or greater value.
